Stefania M. Maci is a Full Professor of English Language, Translation, and Linguistics at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. She has also held the prestigious position of Fulbright Distinguished Chair at the University of Pittsburgh and served as Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education at the University of Bergamo (2015-2021) and as a Member of the Quality Assurance Board at the University of Bergamo (2015-2021) and Member of the Quality Assurance Group for the Degree Program in Medicine and Surgery at Bicocca University (2015-2025).
She earned her PhD from Lancaster University. Her professional affiliations include memberships in major linguistic associations.
